Our staffing complement is made up of unique competences comprising of; practicing clinicians, systems strengthening specialists, policy advisors in health policy assessment and development, supply chain management specialists, and strategic information experts. This team has extensive experience in planning, managing and implementing HIV, TB, malaria, and reproductive, maternal, newborn, child and adolescent health (RMNCAH) public health programs at facility, county and national levels. At the helm of the organization is a visionary Chief Executive Officer with over 13 years’ experience in public health, previously contributing in various capacities within the Ministry of Health Kenya and with expertise in establishing and maintaining partnerships with the Ministry of Health, counties and enhancing public private partnerships to support designing and implementing sustainable home-grown solutions to public health problems. All organizational functions are supported through a local structure and decision-making and approval processes take place within a short turnaround time.

Health Strat is governed by a Board of Directors that provides strategic guidance and effective monitoring of the organization. The Board is guided by a board charter that spells out the roles and responsibilities of the board to enhance accountability. The Board membership is well constituted with individuals having a mix of sound expertise such as Epidemiology, Public Health, Governance and Human Resource and Financial Management.
