Health Strat was part of the AIDS Free Consortium that piloted a Pediatric HIV care and treatment program in 29 private clinics in informal settlements in Nairobi. This project was USAID-funded with Health Strat’s role being that of leading the in-country monitoring and evaluation and continuous quality improvement activities including training, data collection and collation, analysis, reporting, and using data for learning. Health Strat also led the development of tools for monthly diagnostic and pharmaceutical access audit for the project
