Health Strat implements systematic and cost effective approaches to address gaps in program and grants management for HIV, TB and Reproductive Health at National and County level. Health Strat has implemented a number of grants from diverse donors including CDC, USAID, Born Free Africa Foundation, UNFPA among others (see summary table further below). Health Strat has put in place robust systems and engaged competent teams of professionals to deliver on project objectives in a timely manner. HS has managed more than 5 HIV grants in 47 counties in Kenya with 64,295 patients on ART, and Viral Suppression rates ranging between 88 – 92% across the projects.
