Health Strat in partnership with MEASURE Evaluation and the National AIDS Control Council was funded by John Snow Inc. (JSI) to conduct an evaluation on the effect of PEPFAR re-prioritization in Kenya at 182 facilities across the country. The specific scope included development of study methodology, routine data quality assessments, data extraction from DHIS-2 and cleaning, and supporting analysis, reporting and dissemination of the study findings. The project was able to achieve successful, timely and complete data collection, collation, reporting and dissemination on both rounds of the study including timely local IRB approval for the study. The findings of the study were used to inform COP19 PEPFAR programing.
