Spark Health explored how leadership and management development principles and practices could be used to accelerate and strengthen the human capacity in the HIV response specifically in eMTCT in Africa through a grant from Johnson & Johnson to a team at the University of Cape Town, Graduate School of Business (UCT GSB). Health Strat engaged and seconded a Systems Improvement Advisor to NASCOP to strengthen county governance in three priority counties towards change management across all service delivery points.
