Our Story
Health Strat (HS) is a Kenyan public health organization that operates in all 47 counties in the country. Health Strat focuses on improving the quality of healthcare, particularly in the areas of HIV prevention, care, and treatment, tuberculosis, malaria, and non-communicable diseases. It also works on capacity building for health, health technology and information systems, and commodity and supply chain management. HS has a strong track record of successfully managing and implementing health service delivery and health systems strengthening programs, both as a prime and as a sub-recipient. Since its establishment in 2011, the organization has effectively managed over $27 million in donor funds and has developed robust systems for grants and financial management.
Our Approach
Health Strat designs and implements innovative projects to improve quality of health service delivery and access. Health Strat applies a unique model of strengthening health systems through evidence-informed programming, continuous quality improvement, skills transfer for sustainability, and innovative solutions for service delivery.
